Cancellation & refund policy

We thank you for enrolling to our courses and extend our warm welcome to Sapphire Global educational journey. We make sure that our candidates have a rewarding experience while they discover, assess, and register for our courses through various modes, including Virtual Instructor-led Training and Self-paced Training.

As with everything else, the refund policy at Sapphire Global is based on a number of terms & conditions. First off, when you enroll for an online training course from Sapphire Global, you must read through our Privacy Policies, Terms of Use and refund policies, assimilate them, and agree to them.

Our Refund Policy

For Self-paced Learning:

If you are not able to attend the course as per design or you have changed your plan, you must request for refund within seven days of enrolling for a course. The money-back policy is no more valid if you have accessed over 25% of the content or downloaded the E-Book. Accordingly, any request for refund beyond seven days of enrolling for a course will not be welcomed and no refund will be provided.

For Instructor-led Training

For instructor-led training, you must raise the request for refund within seven business days of enrolling for a course. The money-back policy is no more valid if you have accessed over 25% of the content of any e-learning course or have attended more than one online class or received recordings for more than one day.

Also, if in case, you download the e-book for a particular course, the money-back policy will no longer be valid. Any request for refund beyond seven days of enrolling for a course will not be welcomed and no refund will be provided.

Refund Policy for Two/More Orders or Courses Enrolled For

For refund of two/more orders or courses enrolled for, you must contact the support team.

Refunds: Duplicate payment

Refund of the duplicate payment made by a candidate will be processed through the same mode (original mode of payment) in ten working days post intimation.

Sapphire Global reserves the right to revise the terms & conditions of this policy without any prior notice.

Note: All refunds will be processed within ten business days after the request for refund is approved by the Sapphire Global authorities.
